    Lightly grease and line a 9x9-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.

    Prepare the peanut butter mixture: Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a medium pot over medium heat. Add 3 cups of mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted.

    Lower the heat and mix in the smooth peanut butter and 1/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk until the mixture is smooth. Remove from the heat and fold in 4 cups of crispy rice cereal.

    Prepare the jelly mixture: Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in another medium pot over medium heat. Add 2 cups of mini marshmallows and stir until melted.

    Mix in the raspberry jelly and 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk until fully combined. Fold in 2 cups of crispy rice cereal.

    Assemble the layers: Press half of the peanut butter mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
