Buttered Popcorn Martini

Ingredients
- 750 ml Gin (one bottle for infusion; 2.5 oz used per cocktail)
- 1 Popcorn (one large bowl for infusion; additional pieces for garnish)
- ¼ cup Butter (melted; added to popcorn for infusion)
- ½ Dry Vermouth (per cocktail)
- 1 Ice Cubes (for stirring)
Instructions

Place the movie theater popcorn in a large container and pour melted butter over it.

Pour the bottle of gin over the buttered popcorn.

Seal the container, shake it up, and place it in the freezer for 24 hours to infuse and fat-wash the spirit.

Strain the mixture through a coffee filter and sieve to remove the solids and frozen fats, resulting in a clear buttered popcorn gin.

In a mixing glass, combine 2.5 ounces of the buttered popcorn gin and 0.5 ounces of dry vermouth.

Add ice and stir well until chilled.

Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass.
