Ingredients
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
- ¼ cup Sprinkles
- ½ cup Table Salt (for seasoning the snow)
- 6 Ice Cream Cone
Instructions
- 1
Season a patch of deep snow generously with salt to lower its freezing point.
- 2
Place a large metal bowl into the salted snow.
- 3
Pour the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract into the bowl.
- 4
Whisk the mixture vigorously. The cold from the snow will begin to freeze the cream as you incorporate air.
- 5
Continue whisking until the mixture reaches a thick, soft-serve consistency.
- 6
Fold in the sprinkles and whisk briefly to distribute.
- 7
Scoop the fresh ice cream into cones and serve immediately.
