Ingredients
- 700 g Ground Beef
- 8 Mini Taco Shell
- 10 Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Lettuce (chopped)
- 1 Table Salt (to taste)
- 1 tbsp Onion (caramelized)
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 tbsp Pickle Juice
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Form small beef balls, then smash them thin inside the tacos.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Heat oil in a pan, place the tacos meat-side down, and add a slice of cheddar on top to melt.

Prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, caramelized onions, paprika, chili powder, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Add the sauce, lettuce, and extra caramelized onions inside the tacos.

Fold the tacos in half and serve.
