Ingredients
- ¾ cup Semolina
- 1 Tomato
- ½ cup Yogurt
- 2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 tsp Black Mustard Seeds
- 1 tsp Urad Dal
- 1 tsp Ginger (chopped)
- 1 tsp Green Chili
- ½ cup Onion
- 6 Cashews
- 1 Curry Leaves
- 1 Table Salt (to taste)
- 1½ cups Water
- 1 Vegetable Oil (for cooking)
Instructions

Blend tomato, yogurt, and red chilli flakes into a smooth paste.

Heat oil, add mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves, ginger, green chilli, cashews, and onions—sauté till soft.

Add rava and roast well.

Pour in the masala with water, mix, and cook on low flame for 2–3 minutes.
