Honey Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
- 6 Chicken Thigh (boneless)
- 1 Table Salt (to taste)
- 1 Black Pepper (to taste)
- 1 cup Cornstarch (for coating)
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil (for frying)
- 5 Garlic (minced; large quantity)
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce (to taste)
- 2 tbsp Honey (to taste)
- 1 tbsp Butter (small amount)
- 1 Scallion (chopped; for garnish)
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds (for garnish)
Instructions

Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.

Coat the chicken in a thin layer of cornstarch.

Pan-fry the chicken in oil over medium-high heat for 4 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.

Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add the minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, and butter.

Simmer the sauce for 30 seconds.

Add the chicken back into the pan and cook on high heat for another 1 to 2 minutes, coating it well with the sauce.
