- 10 lbs Potato
- 1 Vegetable Oil (canola oil, to coat)

Inspect the potatoes for any rot.

Wash the potatoes thoroughly.

Cut the potatoes into your desired fry shape, such as traditional or waffle fries.

Soak the cut potatoes in cold water for a minimum of 30 minutes (up to 24 hours).

Dry the potatoes completely using a lint-free towel.

Toss the dried potatoes in canola oil.

Bake in the oven at 450°F for 30 minutes to par-bake.

Store in the fridge for short-term use, or freeze for long-term storage.

When ready to eat, finish by air frying at 350°F for 10 minutes.
