Crunchy Tortellini Salat

Ingredients
- 500 g Tortellini
- 3 tbsp Parmesan
- 1 Garlic (finely chopped)
- 200 g Yogurt
- 125 g Schmand
- 20 g White Balsamic Vinegar
- 30 g Mayonnaise
- 20 g Honey
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Italian Herbs
- 3 Black Pepper (prisen)
- 250 g Mozzarella Balls
- ½ Iceberg Lettuce (cut into strips)
- 50 g Pine Nuts
- 200 g Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
- 50 g Arugula

Place the tortellini in the air fryer basket, sprinkle with parmesan, and cook until crispy at 180 °C for 15-20 minutes, shaking occasionally.

For the dressing: finely chop the garlic and whisk with the yogurt, schmand, white balsamic vinegar, mayonnaise, honey, mustard, salt, pepper, and herbs.

Cut the iceberg lettuce into strips and place into a large bowl with arugula, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and pine nuts. Add the dressing, and fold in the crispy tortellini just before serving.
