Ingredients
- 380 g Chicken Breast
- 350 g Macaroni
- 1 Table Salt
- 1 Black Pepper
- 1 Paprika
- 1 Olive Oil
- 1 Onion (finely chopped)
- 2 Garlic (minced)
- 250 ml Heavy Cream
- 1 Parsley (chopped)
- 1 Lemon Juice (to taste)
- 1 Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- 1 Mozzarella (shredded)

Cook the chopped chicken breast in a skillet with olive oil until golden brown. Remove chicken from the pan.

In the same pan, sauté the chopped onion until soft.

Add minced garlic, cream, and seasonings (salt, pepper, paprika) to the pan and stir.

Add the pre-cooked macaroni to the sauce mixture and combine well.

Stir in shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy.

Add the chicken back into the pan, garnish with chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice, then serve.
