    Dice the orange, red, and yellow bell peppers, red onion, and jalapeños using a vegetable chopper.

    Heat the frozen fire-roasted corn in the microwave, then chill it.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the black beans, pinto beans, black-eyed peas, chilled corn, and diced vegetables.

    Add the crumbled feta cheese and diced avocado to the mixture.

    Whisk together or add directly to the bowl the red wine vinegar, olive oil, lime juice, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and oregano.

    Toss all ingredients together until well combined and serve with tortilla chips.
