Ingredients
- 300 g Ground Beef
- 2 Chicken Egg
- 4 Garlic
- 1 Scallion
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Fish Sauce
- 1 Chicken Powder
- 1 Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
Instructions

Combine ground beef, eggs, sauteed garlic, sauteed spring onion, oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, bouillon powder, and black pepper in a food processor.

Add cornstarch and mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a greased glass container, spreading it evenly.

Steam the mixture in the container.

Once steamed and set, remove from the container, slice, and pan-fry before serving.
