Beef & Egg Rice Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 Ground Beef
- 1 Onion
- 1 Scallion (white parts and green parts separated)
- 1 Soy Sauce
- 1 Soy Sauce (dark)
- 1 Oyster Sauce
- 1 Stevia (sweetener of choice)
- 1 White Pepper
- 1 Water
- 1 Cornstarch
- 3 Chicken Egg
- 1 Fresh Red Chili (chopped)

Sauté ground beef in a pan for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add chopped onion and the white parts of the green onion to the pan.

Sauté the mixture for another 2 to 3 minutes.

In a separate container, mix together soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, your choice of sweetener, white pepper, water, and cornstarch to make the sauce.

Make small wells in the beef mixture and crack the eggs into them. Drizzle the prepared sauce over the mixture.

Cover the pan and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes, or until eggs are cooked to your preference.

Finish by garnishing with the green parts of the green onion and chopped red chili.
