Quick Suhoor Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Butter
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 Whole Chicken
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 Table Salt
- 1 Chicken Bouillon Cube
- 1 tsp Black Lemon Powder
- 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 3 cups Water
- 500 g Macaroni
- 3 Fresh Red Chili

Heat olive oil and butter in a pressure cooker. Add sliced onion and sauté until golden brown.

Add the chicken and all the spices (mixed spices, chili powder, salt, bouillon, and black lemon powder). Stir in tomato paste.

Add a splash of water and let it simmer until a sauce forms. Then add more water to cover the chicken.

Seal the pressure cooker and cook for 15 minutes after it starts to whistle.

Remove the chicken and place on a baking tray. Broil in the oven until browned.

Add the macaroni and red chili peppers to the cooking liquid in the pressure cooker.

Seal the cooker and cook for 5 minutes after it starts whistling on high heat, then reduce to low heat for another 15 minutes.

Serve the cooked pasta topped with the broiled chicken.
