Ingredients
- 1 Halloumi Cheese (cut into squares)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 cup Tomato (cherry tomatoes, halved)
- ¼ cup Olives (spicy/chili flavor, sliced)
- ¼ cup Bell Pepper (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Za'atar (dried)
- 1 tbsp Pomegranate Molasses

Cut the halloumi cheese into small squares.

Heat olive oil in a pan, add the halloumi squares.

Add the cherry tomatoes, sliced spicy olives, and chopped bell pepper to the pan.

Sprinkle the dried za'atar over the top and drizzle with pomegranate molasses.

Cook for a few minutes until the halloumi is browned, then flip the pieces to brown the other side.

Once browned and the vegetables are softened, serve hot.
