- 1 tsp Onion Powder (onion seasoning)
- 1 Table Salt (to taste)
- 1 Black Pepper (to taste)
- 60 g Tomato Paste
- 30 g Mustard
- 10 ml Worcestershire Sauce
- 100 g Cream Cheese (light)
- 454 g Macaroni (elbow, dry)
- 240 ml Beef Stock (beef broth)
- 100 g Cheddar Cheese (light, shredded)

In a large pan, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Season with garlic powder, onion seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Stir in the tomato paste, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce, mixing until well combined.

Add the light cream cheese and stir until melted and incorporated into the sauce.

Add the dry elbow macaroni and the beef broth. Cover the pan and let it simmer until the pasta is cooked through.
