An incredibly easy and decadent two-ingredient dessert that combines dark chocolate and rich espresso into a fluffy mousse.

- ⅔ cup Chocolate Chips (dark)
- 2 Espresso (double shot)
Instructions

Place the dark chocolate chips into a glass jar.

Brew a double shot of espresso directly over the chocolate chips.

Use a hand mixer to blend the hot espresso and chocolate chips together until smooth.

Place the jar in the freezer to chill.

Remove from the freezer and whip again with the hand mixer until the mixture thickens into a light, airy mousse.
