- 4 Sausage
- 1 Corn (canned, drained)
- 1 Mozzarella (shredded)
- 3 Cheddar Cheese (slices)
- 1 Pickled Cucumber (finely chopped, for sauce)
- 1 Red Onion (finely chopped, for sauce)
- 1 Ketchup (to taste, for sauce)
- 1 Mustard (to taste, for sauce)
- 1 Mayonnaise (to taste, for sauce)
- 1 Honey (to taste, for sauce)

Prepare the sauce by mixing together the finely chopped pickles, red onion, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, and honey. Spread the sauce inside the brioche buns.

Score the sausages with a crosshatch pattern and fry them in a skillet until browned.

Place the browned sausages into the prepared buns.

In the same skillet, cook the canned corn. Add the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese slices on top of the corn, stirring until melted and gooey.
