Honey Buffalo Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 Onion
- 1 Bell Pepper (red)
- 150 g Penne (dried)
- 2 Chicken Breast (diced)
- 2 tbsp Hot Sauce (buffalo style)
- 1½ tbsp Honey
- 2 Garlic (cloves)
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 200 ml Chicken Broth (stock)
- 90 ml Heavy Cream (single cream)
- 1 Parsley (fresh, optional)
- 1½ tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1½ tsp Garlic Powder (garlic granules)
- 1½ tsp Onion Powder (onion granules)
- 1½ tsp Cajun Seasoning
Instructions

Dice the chicken breast, season with smoked paprika, garlic granules, onion granules, and Cajun seasoning. Set aside.

Fry the onion and red pepper in a pan for 5-6 minutes.

Add the seasoned chicken to the pan and fry for a further 6-7 minutes.

Add the tomato paste and garlic to the pan and cook for 1 minute.

Pour in the chicken stock and single cream, then allow the mixture to simmer.

Add the honey and buffalo sauce to the pan and stir thoroughly.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions.

Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve.
