- 1 Honeycomb (broken into small pieces)
- 1 Fig (fresh; quartered)

- 1 Sea Salt (flaky; to taste)

Toast a thick slice of sourdough bread until golden brown and crisp.

Using a spoon, alternate dolloping goat cheese and fig jam across the surface of the warm toast.
