Ingredients
- 8 Shrimp
- 1 cup Panko
- 3 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Garlic
- 1 tbsp Heavy Cream
- ½ Chicken Egg
- 1 Table Salt (to taste)
- 1 White Sugar (to taste)
- 1 White Pepper (to taste)
- 1 Mushroom Seasoning (to taste)
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil (for frying)

Clean and devein the shrimp, leaving the tail on.

Make shallow vertical cuts on the bottom side of the shrimp without cutting through, then press on the back to straighten the shrimp.

Prepare the batter by whisking 3 tbsp of flour, 0.5 egg, cream, minced garlic, and seasonings to taste.

Coat each shrimp in flour, then dip in the batter, and finally cover with panko breadcrumbs, pressing the crumbs on for better adhesion.

Heat oil in a pan until hot and deep-fry the shrimp until golden brown and cooked through.
