Creamy Chicken Rigatoni Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 Rigatoni
- 2 Chicken Breast
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Yogurt (for chicken marinade)
- 1 Onion (diced)
- 3 Garlic (minced)
- 1 Bell Pepper (green, diced)
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 200 ml Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Spinach (fresh)
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 3 Baguette (sliced)
Instructions

Boil the rigatoni pasta in a pot of water until al dente.

Season the chicken breasts with spices (paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder), olive oil, and yogurt.

Pan-sear the seasoned chicken in a hot pan until cooked through and golden brown on both sides. Remove from the pan and slice.

In the same pan, melt the butter. Sauté the onion, minced garlic, and green bell pepper until softened.

Add tomato paste and spices to the pan, stirring to combine.

Pour in the heavy cream and stir until the sauce thickens.

Add the fresh spinach and cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
