Butter Chicken Sliders

- 1½ Butter
- 1 Onion
- 6 Garlic
- 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 2 tbsp Garam Masala
- 2 tsp Table Salt
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tomato (crushed)
- ¼ cup Heavy Cream
- 1 Chicken Breast
- ½ cup Water (hot)
- ¼ cup White Vinegar
- ¼ cup White Sugar
- 1 Mango (ripe)
- 1 cup Radicchio
- 1 cup Jicama
- 3 Slider Bun
- 1 Cilantro
Instructions

Melt butter in a pan.

Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan and saute.

Stir in tomato paste, garam masala, salt, and cinnamon.

Pour in the crushed tomatoes and cook.

Stir in heavy cream and cooked chicken pieces, letting it simmer.

In a separate bowl, whisk together hot water, white vinegar, sugar, and salt to make the slaw dressing.

Add sliced ripe mango, radicchio, and jicama to the bowl and toss to coat.

Assemble the sliders by placing the butter chicken mixture onto slider buns, topping with the mango-jicama slaw, and garnishing with fresh cilantro.
