5-Ingredient Chocolate Strawberry Cluster Pops
A healthier, refreshing dessert made with yogurt-coated strawberry clusters dipped in a crisp dark chocolate shell.
Ingredients
- 180 g Strawberry (diced; equivalent to 1 cup)
- 125 g Greek Yogurt (full-fat; lactose-free if preferred; equivalent to 1/2 cup)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 150 g Dark Chocolate (70-80% dark; melted)
- 1 tsp Coconut Oil
- 1 Freeze-Dried Strawberry (optional topping; crushed)
Instructions
- 1
In a mixing bowl, combine the diced strawberries, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
- 2
Spoon the mixture into four large dollops onto a plate lined with parchment paper. Push a popsicle stick into the center of each dollop.
- 3
Place the plate in the freezer and let set for about 2 hours until fully frozen.
- 4
Melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave using 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Let the chocolate cool for a few minutes before dipping.
- 5
Remove the pops from the freezer and quickly dip each one into the melted chocolate to coat completely.
- 6
If using, immediately sprinkle with crushed freeze-dried strawberries before the chocolate sets.
- 7
Store in the freezer. For the best texture, let them defrost for 15-20 minutes at room temperature before serving.
