The Jewish Martini
A savory, lox-and-bagel inspired martini featuring cream cheese-infused vodka and caper brine.
Ingredients
- 1 Cream Cheese (8 oz block for infusion; extra for rimming)
- 2 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning (for infusion and rimming)
- 12 Vodka (for infusion)
- ½ Caper Brine
- ½ Dry Vermouth
- 1 Smoked Salmon (for garnish)
- 1 Ice (for stirring)
Instructions

Place a block of cream cheese in a container and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.

Pour vodka over the cheese until it is completely submerged. Cover the container and let it soak in the refrigerator overnight.

The next day, strain the mixture through a coffee filter into a clean vessel to obtain the clear, infused vodka.

Rim a chilled martini glass by applying a thin layer of cream cheese to the edge and dipping it into everything bagel seasoning.

In a mixing glass filled with ice, add 2.5 oz of the everything bagel-infused vodka, the caper brine, and the dry vermouth.
