100 Garlic Cloves Salmon
A flavorful and aromatic roasted salmon dish featuring a savory miso-ginger marinade and an impressive quantity of garlic cloves.
Ingredients
- 3 lbs Salmon Fillet
- 100 Garlic (cloves, peeled)
- ¼ cup Miso Paste (white miso)
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Ginger (freshly grated)
- 1 Black Pepper (freshly cracked, to taste)
- 1 Scallion (thinly sliced, for garnish)
- 1 Sesame Seeds (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).

Place the 3 lb salmon fillet in a large roasting pan and surround it with the 100 peeled garlic cloves.

Pour the white miso, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil directly over the salmon.

Finely grate the fresh ginger over the top of the salmon.

Use your hands to rub the marinade ingredients into the salmon fillet and toss the garlic cloves to ensure everything is well coated.

Season the entire tray with freshly cracked black pepper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the salmon reached your desired level of doneness.
