Gluten-Free Baked Donuts

Ingredients
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour (use a gluten-free blend)
- ½ cup White Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Nutmeg (ground)
- ¼ tsp Table Salt
- ½ cup Almond Milk
- ¼ cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 Chicken Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 tbsp Milk (or non-dairy milk)
- 1 Sprinkles (to taste)

Preheat your oven.

In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: gluten-free flour blend, sugar, baking powder, nutmeg, and salt.

In a separate container, mix together the wet ingredients: almond milk, oil, egg, vanilla extract, and apple cider vinegar.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix well.

Grease a donut pan with cooking spray.

Pour the batter into a Ziploc bag, snip the corner, and pipe it into the donut pan cavities.

Bake until light and puffy.

While donuts bake, prepare the glaze by whisking together the powdered sugar and milk in a small bowl.

Once baked and cooled slightly, dip the donuts into the glaze and top with sprinkles.
